Magic Mountain Resort FAQs

The credit card holder must be present and provide photo identification. We accept MasterCard and Visa – 1.5% surcharge applies (2.75% for foreign cards). We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. A room/key/security deposit of $200 is required which can be paid by Cash or Credit Card Pre-Authorisation. Reception is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-3pm Guests MUST notify us if arriving after hours.
Check is 2.00 pm and check out is 10.00am
Yes, however all guests MUST notify us if arriving late.

Deposit is required on booking and is refundable as per our cancellation policy.

All stays of 8 days or more, receive a weekly service which includes fresh linen and bathrooms cleaned. NB: This is not a full unit clean. In your unit you will find basic supplies of tea, coffee & sugar, detergents and toilet paper. You will need to purchase additional supplies to last the duration of your stay.
One pool is heated to 28 degrees all year round.
All units are accessible by stairs and there are currently no units with lift access. Underground parking is located near until stairwell
Yes, please contact reception if you have any special requests. Rates are as follows: Rollaway Beds (1 per apartment) $30.00 per night Highchairs $35.00 per week Portacots $35.00 per week
